How To Find Birthdays On Facebook App
Ok, let’s be honest, does anyone know where anything is on the Facebook app anymore? The app seems to change from week to week, and with it, our favorite functions get tossed around. Facebook is definitely a lifesaver when it comes to birthdays (who even remembers birthdays anymore?). If you’re looking to find out who’s birthdays are coming up here is how you can go about it.
How does Facebook know my birthday?
When you sign up for Facebook you are asked to input your date of birth to prove that you are over the age limit for the app. Facebook uses this information and publishes it on our profile as your birthday. Of course, like everything on your Facebook profile you can always opt to hide it away.
Facebook sends out a notification every day letting you know whose birthday it is that day. This little reminder is a great way to stay updated with your friends’ birthdays!

How to find birthdays on the Facebook app
Well, the Facebook app is now in a new form, and the old way of searching through Birthday is no longer available. Previously you could find a ‘Birthdays’ tab under Events, however, that is no longer the case.
It’s really quite easy to find birthdays now. All you have to do is launch the Facebook app and search from the word ‘Birthday’.
Tap on the search button in the top right corner of the app, and type ‘Birthday’ in the search box.
You should see a list of birthdays that are today.

How to view upcoming birthdays of your friends on Facebook?
So you know whose birthday is today. But what about tomorrow? Next week? Luckily, Facebook lets you view all your friend’s birthdays in order of when they are. You can also view past birthdays up to three days prior, in case you wanted to feel bad about not wishing your bestie.
Once you are in the ‘Birthdays’ function of Facebook, tap ‘See all’. This will present you with a list of all your friends’ birthdays in the coming weeks and months.
How to view someone’s birthday on their profile?
If a person has added their birthday on Facebook and made it visible, it will appear on their profile.
To view a person’s birthday, first go to their profile on Facebook. Now under the profile picture, select ‘See About info’.
Scroll down to ‘Basic Info’. This is where their birthday will be mentioned.

How to send a personalized birthday card on the Facebook app?
You might have seen these personalized birthday cards on user’s Facebook stories. Facebook automatically generates birthday cards for users on their birthday. These cards are available to anyone who wants to wish them.
The cards are visible below the person whose birthday is today. If you see a camera icon on the card it means the card is an AR filter! You can add an image along with the filter.
Once you are done, tap the little button with the person’s profile picture at the bottom. This will add your birthday card to the auto-generated birthday story created by Facebook.

How To Stop Chrome Notifications On Desktop And Android
Disable Chrome Notifications on DesktopLook for the Permissions section and select Notifications. Here you can enable or disable the option which lets “Sites ask to send notifications.”
Or, you can enable the “Use quieter messaging” alternative. Once activated, it will stop sending notifications your way after you ignore multiple notifications from a site. The two can be used in tandem.
If there are any particular notifications that are bugging you, there’s a Block list where you can add specific sites you want to prevent from sending you notifications. On the other hand, if you wish to receive notifications from a particular website, then you can add to the Allow list at the bottom.
Disable Chrome Notifications on AndroidTo disable Chrome notifications on your Android, open the app on your device and tap on the main menu in the top-right corner of the screen. Then tap on Settings.
Scroll down and tap on “Site Settings” in the Advanced section, then select Notifications. Here you will see all the websites that are allowed to send notifications to you.
To completely disable notifications, toggle off the Notifications option at the top, and you won’t receive notifications from any website.
If you decide to allow notifications, know that you can use this option in combination with “Quieter messaging.”
Below, you can view your Block and Allow lists of websites. But unlike in Chrome for desktop, here you can’t add more websites. You can change their permissions, though, so you can block and unblock individual websites from the lists.
Just follow the above instructions to get rid of all intrusive Chrome notifications. It’s certainly not recommended to disable all your notifications, so the best course of action would be to allow only the important ones to go through.

Tuesday at 7 am
Thursday at 10 am
Friday at 5 am
Learn more about the best times to post on TikTok in our complete guide, or watch this video on how to find YOUR best time to post:
There are a few things you’ll need to take into account when scheduling TikTok posts. Knowing where your audience lives, what kind of content they want to see, and how frequently you need to post to keep them engaged are all important factors.
If you’re ready to start scheduling TikTok posts, review these quick tips first.
Build a TikTok content calendarIf you’re building your own content calendar, make sure to fill in all the relevant information for each post, including:
The date and platform you want the post to publish on
Any relevant KPIs
Platform-specific criteria like Stories, Reels, or Feed posts
A brief description of the content
The more detailed your calendar is, the easier it will be to populate it with content. Once your calendar is complete, you can start building your content on TikTok and using the TikTok scheduler to publish it at the best time for your audience.
Watch this quick video to learn more about creating a high-performing content calendar.
Time zones matter! If most of your followers are in a different time zone than you, posting at midnight in your time zone might not be the best time to reach them.
The easiest way to find out when your audience is online is to check your Business or Creator account analytics:
Navigate to your profile page and tap the three lines in the top right of the screen.
Here, you’ll see a graph that shows the hours of the day when your followers are most active on TikTok. You can also see how many views and likes your videos received during different hours of the day.
Source: TikTok
Keep in mind that these analytics represent your followers as a whole, not just your organic audience. If you’re targeting a specific audience with your content, you’ll want to research their activity patterns separately.
Use past posts to inform your scheduleWhen in doubt, review your best-performing posts to see when they were published. Chances are, your audience is more active at those times.
Here’s how to do this:
Go to your Business or Creator Analytics page (follow the steps listed above)
From the top menu bar, choose Content
Source: TikTok
Check out our guide to TikTok analytics to learn how to analyze your TikTok performance.
Make a plan to post consistently on TikTok 1-4 times per dayWe all know consistency is key when it comes to social media. If you want to build a following on TikTok, you need to post content regularly. But what’s the best way to do that?
First off, TikTok recommends posting at least 1-4 times per day if you want to see results. Features like the For You page are constantly refreshing, so if you don’t post frequently, your content will get buried.
But, don’t post for the sake of postingNow that you have a TikTok scheduler, you may be tempted to schedule large swaths of content all at once.
But don’t forget, authenticity is key on TikTok!
Businesses succeeding on TikTok create authentic content that closely aligns with the community and the native TikTok experience.
That way, when new users discover your content, they’ll be more likely to stick around and engage.
The new TikTok scheduling tool is an exciting addition to an already powerful social app. By bringing strategy to your spontaneity, you can create even better content and reach new audiences.

How To Install And Use Arduino Ide On Windows 11
Arduino is an open-source platform that many developers and students around the globe use to create interactive development projects. From a piece of hardware like an Arduino UNO Board to a programming language, Arduino is many things.
The Arduino Integrated Development Environment or Arduino Software is an open-source application that you can use to create and program Arduino Boards. In this article, let us look at how you can install and use the Arduino IDE on your Windows 11 PC.
What is an Arduino IDE?
Arduino IDE, or Integrated Development Environment, is a software platform that you can use to program Arduino Boards. It provides an interface for writing, editing, compiling, and uploading code to the Board.
Additionally, the IDE comes with a vast library of pre-written code and examples, making it easy for users to incorporate various sensors, modules, and other components into their projects. Lastly, the Arduino IDE is compatible with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS, and is a widely used tool in the make and electronics communities.
Download and Install Arduino IDE on Windows 11
The installation process for Arduino software mainly consists of three steps: downloading the IDE, installing it on your computer, and configuring it. Before jumping to the steps, here’s the list of things you’ll need to complete the installation process for the Arduino IDE.
Internet Connection
An Arduino microcontroller
USB Cable for connecting the microcontroller to your computer
Once everything is ready, follow these steps to install the IDE on your system.
Step 1: Download the Arduino IDE
You can download the IDE from Arduino’s official website for free. Follow these steps to download the IDE on your computer.
Step 2: Install the Arduino Software
The downloading is complete, and now you should install the IDE on your computer. Here’s how you can do it:
Step 3: Configuring the Arduino Software
On the first boot of the Arduino IDE, it will automatically download and install the necessary packages.
1. Press the Win key, type Device Manager, and press the Enter key to open it.
3. We are using an Arduino UNO Board, and from the device manager, we can see that it’s connected to the COM5 port. If you’re using another device and not sure about the port, remove the microcontroller and reconnect to see which port you’re using.
So, this is how you’ll need to configure the Arduino IDE every time you need to use it.
Step 4: Using the Arduino IDE
Using Arduino IDE is an easy task. All you need to do is connect the microcontroller, specify the port location and Board type, type code in the sketchbook, verify it, and then upload it to the Board.
To check if the Arduino IDE is working correctly and to make things easier for you, here’s an illustration of how you can use the IDE. If you don’t know how to code in Arduino IDE and want to check if the IDE is working on your system, don’t worry, we’re using a built-in example code in the IDE for this demonstration.
1. Open the Arduino IDE on your system.
2. Connect your microcontroller, and specify the port location and Board type.
In this case, as we’ve used the Blink example, one of the two LEDs on the Board will start blinking.
Moreover, before running another program on the Arduino board, don’t forget to reset it. You can perform a reset by holding the Reset button on the Board for a few seconds, or by just disconnecting the Board from the power supply and reconnecting it again.
After resetting, upload a new program as we did in the above steps, and enjoy open-source electronics development.
Final Words
Installing and using the Arduino IDE on Windows 11 is a straightforward process. Once you have installed the software and connected your Arduino board, you can start writing and uploading your programs. The Arduino platform is a great way to get started with electronics and programming, and it is used by hobbyists, students, and professionals around the world.
