Microsoft has released Windows 10 v1903, and it comes with an array of new features and functionalities. Microsoft is currently rolling out the update to all the users; however, the rollout is slow. As part of its transparency, Windows comes with a list of known bugs and a systematic study of device health data.Windows 10 v1903 Known issues
Microsoft has already published a list of issues on the new Windows 10 v1903 and Windows Server 1903. The list includes minor UI issues and major issues like driver incompatibility. The list also mentions the status of every issue. Some issues have been fixed, some can be solved with workarounds, while the others will be patched soon. Check out the list of known issues on Windows 10 v1903 May 2023 update:
Display Brightness may not respond to adjustments
Audio not working with Dolby Atmos Headphones and home theater
Duplicate folders and documents showing in a user profile
Error attempting to update with the external USB device or memory card attached
Unable to discover or connect to Bluetooth devices
Night light settings do not apply in some cases
Intel Audio displays an chúng tôi notification
Cannot launch the camera app
Intermittent loss of Wi-Fi connectivity
AMD RAID driver incompatibility
D3D applications and games may fail to enter full-screen mode on rotated displays
Older versions of BattlEye anti-cheat software incompatible
1] Display Brightness may not respond to adjustments
Microsoft along with Intel have unearthed a driver compatibility issue with certain Intel Display Drivers. The error starts appearing only after updating to the Windows 10 v1903. The UI element shows that brightness has been changed, but the changes are not actually applied.
2] Audio not working with Dolby Atmos Headphones and home theater
Microsoft has warned that you may experience loss of audio with Dolby Atmos for home theater or Dolby Atmos for headphones. This error is apparently due to a licensing configuration error. However, the configuration error will not result in loss of access for the acquired license once the problem is solved.
3] Duplicate folders and documents showing in the user profile
4] Error attempting to update with the external USB device or memory card attached
This is a classic error. If you have an SD card or an external USD device while installing Windows 10 version 1903, you will be greeted with an error message. “This PC can’t be upgraded to Windows 10.” To safeguard users, Microsoft has applied a hold on devices with an external USB device or SD memory card attached.
5] Unable to discover or connect to Bluetooth devices
Microsoft has detected compatibility issues with some driver versions for Bluetooth components supplied by Realtek and Qualcomm. Currently, a hold has been issued, and if your computer has the affected Bluetooth Radio, then you won’t be able to update.
6] Night light settings do not apply in some cases
According to Microsoft, the Night Light setting is not working in some use cases. The Night Light setting stops working when you connect PC to an external monitor, dock or projector. Furthermore, the Night Light setting also stops working while rotating the screen or updating display drivers/ making any other changes related to display mode.
7] Intel Audio display an chúng tôi notification
A certain range of Intel Display Audio device drivers is found to cause excessive battery drain issue. You may also see “What needs your attention” notification while updating to the Windows 10 1903. This means you have an affected driver and it is better you postpone the update.
8] Cannot launch the Camera app
9] Intermittent loss of WiFi connectivity
This issue only affects older computers with an outdated Qualcomm driver. Downloading and installing the latest driver update should ideally solve this issue.
10] AMD RAID driver incompatibility
“A driver is installed that causes stability problems on Windows. This driver will be disabled. Check with your software/driver provider for an updated version that runs on this version of Windows”. This particular error is caused by an incompatibility issue with AMD RAID driver versions lower than 184.108.40.206
11] D3D applications and games may fail to enter full-screen mode on rotated displays
Because of the D3D error, some of the applications and games will fail to enter full-screen mode. The error is more likely with displays where the display orientation has been changed from the default.
12] Older versions of BattlEye anti-cheat software incompatible
Microsoft has detected a compatibility issue with some games that use older versions of BattlEye anti-cheat software. This clash might cause the computer to crash.
All but the first 3 issues have been mitigated or resolved. Microsoft is still investigating the first 3 issues and will roll out patches for them soon.
Fix Outlook Error Too Many Recipients on Windows 10/11
Microsoft Outlook is one of the most popular email client software available on a wide range of devices.
After sending multiple emails in bulk, Outlook might receive a response of Too many invalid recipients, usually followed by Error 550. See how to fix this in the article.
The Outlook troubleshooting section contains a lot more of these types of articles.
Many more fixes can be found in our dedicated Outlook Fix section that you can deal with easily by following the instructions.
Are you getting an Outlook error that says there are too many recipients? Well, the first thing to know about this error is that it happens when a distribution list is too big, and people who regularly use distribution lists to manage and/or send emails are prone to receiving this error.
The error, which is displayed as Error 550 Too many invalid recipients occurs when you attempt to send a message to multiple users or email addresses, that are no longer valid, from Outlook, and eventually, the message doesn’t get to the intended recipients.
But what really is the maximum number of recipients you can send messages to at a go using Outlook? First of all, the Outlook error too many recipients message isn’t generated by Outlook itself, but comes from your internet service provider (ISP), or your corporate mail administrator in the form of a send/receive error.
This is because Outlook doesn’t have a limit on the number of addresses you can send to in one single message or email.
However, your ISP or corporate mail admin can set limits or a combination of limits on the number of emails you can send in an hour or day and the number of recipients for a single email in a bid to protect the mail server from abuse or excessive use.
But this is something you’d then have to check with your ISP or corporate mail admin to avoid getting the error in future messages.
One of the easiest ways of dealing with this error is by first creating a distribution list that has an optimum number of email addresses, though you can find out from your mail admin or ISP about the limits on the number of emails you can send. In this way, you can avoid receiving the Outlook error too many recipients next time you send multiple emails.
Otherwise, you can try some of the solutions listed below if the error persists.Fix: Outlook error too many recipients 1. Make a new profile and account on Outlook
Open Control panel
Delete the Outlook profile
Restart your computer and open Outlook again
Make a new profile and a new account
If the account is an Exchange, connect to the exchange server
If it isn’t Exchange, use the manual account setup to connect the PST file, otherwise back up the PST file first
Note: Making a new profile should not damage the PST file.
If creating a new Outlook profile or account doesn’t fix the Outlook error too many recipients, make a new test Windows User Profile (account) by logging into the new Windows account, set up Outlook and test it again.2. Check with your ISP
If you get Outlook error too many recipients, there could be an email reputation issue and your ISP probably doesn’t want to admit it.
In this case, check your ISP’s domain reputation, block reputation, and your assigned address reputation from sites like chúng tôi chúng tôi chúng tôi or barracudacentral.org.3. Work with or around the email limitations
To do this, there are several methods that come in handy including:
Using a Mail Merge
Use a Mail merge add-in to break mail merge into batches below the email limitation
Consider using a third party app or service for mass mailings or distribution lists
Get an upgrade on your subscription from your ISP and ask about possibilities that such an upgrade comes with, look out for email allowances or limitations
Check with your corporate mail administrator for a specific mail address you can use to send out large distribution lists or mailings, and/or remove the limits on your account temporarily. You can also schedule the list to go out or run later in the night
Verify your account through SMS to allow you to temporarily go beyond the set limit on sending emails or messages
